Assessments

Assessments are offered in person or online for anyone living in Alberta

I know assessments can seem scary, daunting, and confusing at times. I want to tell you that I am here to help demystify and clarify the assessment experience.

Despite their limitations, assessments can be a beautiful tool in your therapeutic and wellness process. I want to acknowledge where you’re at in life and get curious with all of the heart that makes you, you. Within assessment, I try to find the best and most appropriate treatment recommendations to help guide you in your process in therapy, in school, at work, and more!

I want to connect with you to provide the most clinically supported, inclusive, relevant, thorough, and meaningful assessment results and recommendations to support you.

Are you a post-secondary student?
